Terry Sanderson is a seasoned Development Officer and Education Consultant with over 30 years of experience delivering specialized programming for children with diverse learning needs. Her career culminated in a leadership role as Education Director for a well-known PUF (Program Unit Funding) service provider, where she championed inclusive education and innovative support strategies.
She now brings her extensive expertise to MaxECS, where she will support business operations and lead efforts to grow stakeholder and funding relationships. Her deep understanding of special education, combined with a strategic mindset, positions her as a key contributor to MaxECS’s mission and future development.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading books, embroidery, being in nature, and other pursuits that can be done while on house arrest — a lighthearted nod to her appreciation for quiet, reflective activities.
