Kendra Lindon

Team Lead

Kendra Lindon is a dedicated and compassionate Education Assistant with extensive experience supporting students across diverse learning environments within the Calgary Board of Education (CBE). Known for her calm demeanor and people-first approach, she excels in high-pressure situations and fosters positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

With a solid foundation in curriculum development, student support strategies, and conflict resolution, Kendra has successfully assisted in modifying and adapting curriculum for individualized learning plans (IPPs) and implemented tools and techniques aligned with Alberta’s curriculum. Her expertise includes working with students of all grades, from K-12, including those with specialized needs such as ADHD, Autism, and physical disabilities. Kendra has a proven record of success in modifying engaging lesson plans, literacy and numeracy programs. She is passionate about assisting children and teachers. Beyond her education career, she has demonstrated exceptional administrative, bookkeeping, and organizational skills, gained through roles such as Office Administrator, Accounting Assistant and Aesthetics Business owner.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Kendra has pursued certifications in Children’s Mental Health, Education Assistant diploma, supplementing her qualifications with specialized training such as Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and Indigenous Studies through University of Alberta.

She lives in Calgary with her husband, two sons and cats Muffy and Karen. She enjoys journaling, crafting, reading and 4x4ing in the mountains.
