Jody Neumann-Koop

With over 30 years of experience in education, leadership, and community engagement, Jody has dedicated her career to fostering growth, inclusion, and meaningful connections for children, families, and educators alike.

As an Education Coordinator for Max Early Childhood Services, she has extensive expertise in supporting children with mild to severe developmental needs. Her certifications include the Low Arousal Method for Managing Challenging Behaviour, which she uses to train educators and parents in creating calm, supportive environments.

Her entrepreneurial spirit is evident from her 12 years as a business owner, where she introduced innovative products, organized community events, and partnered with local nonprofits to empower families with young children. She is currently the President and Owner of an educational learning service, where she provides expert educational consulting and academic coaching services tailored to individual needs. In addition, her tenure as a teacher in both Manitoba and Alberta showcased her ability to lead and inspire students across diverse subject areas and age groups, from language arts to outdoor education.

Beyond her professional roles, Jody is an active volunteer and community organizer. She has played pivotal roles in community initiatives where she helped launch a new arts venue and festival as well as having led education and worship programs.

Her skills in coordinating resources for children with special needs, developing engaging learning experiences, and fostering inclusive communities reflect her commitment to making a lasting impact.

When not working or volunteering, Jody enjoys hiking, skiing, camping, traveling, reading, and exploring new languages and keeping up with her three young adult children.
